The hotel's location is great, being in a suburb area of the city and near to the port. the facilities are quite modern and the restaurant has good dining options with breakfast having a variety of local and international foods. the service at housekeeping and front desk is friendly and professional as some guests mentioned. the gym and pool are quite good, providing comfort and entertainment to guests.

Great hotel and excellent service and staff. Loved my room and took advantage of the large tub in the bathroom. I definitely felt like a queen and enjoyed all the lovely amenities included.
Great price for such a nice hotel. Decent food selection and extremely courteous staff.
The hotel is rather far from the city center.

We had a great stay in this suburban hotel. Best aspects were the well-furnished rooms, free swimming pool and gym hall, respectful staff, and convenient location near the port. The hotel was also clean and had ample parking and transportation options.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Friendly staff, convenient location close to businesses. The premium access to the executive lounge with drinks and snacks was a nice extra. The hotel provided excellent amenities in the room and for breakfast.
The industrial area was noisy at night, which caused some difficulty sleeping. The restaurant staff could improve service efficiency and timely delivery of orders.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel are amazing! the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge are must, tries. the sauna and steam room are very relaxing and spacious. the restaurant offers delicious dishes and the in, room breakfast is a nice touch. the heated swimming pool with sun loungers is also a great place to relax.
One minor issue was the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and it took me some time to get there.

the room was spacious and cleanly. the breakfast buffet was tasty. the hotel's location was close to popular tourist sites.
The hotel did not have good reception service. the front desk staff were not helpful at all when it came to assisting me with directions or recommendations for local dining and entertainment.
